Derbyshire's newest cookery school is on the hunt for a new head chef, and they are looking for the best of the best. Lea Hall, famously known as the birthplace of Florence Nightingale, has recently been aquired by new owners who are alooking to open this magnificent building up to the public one again by offering a range of courses and facilities centred around exquisite food. On offer to the lucky chef is also a partnership in the venture, allowing full participation in the creation of this fantastic facility. Plans are also on the table for the development of a new brand of food from Lea Hall.
Plans are underway to develop not only a cookery school but also include a cafe and public vegetable garden. As part of the cookery school, luxury accommodation will be available to pupils, alloiwng many to enjoy the historic nature of this beautiful nineteenth century dwelling.
