The application that
was submitted to build a new care home for people with learning
disabilities in Derby has been granted planning permission. Guy Peters, owner of PLD Homes, wants to open the home for eight people in Falmouth Road, Derby.
Mr Peters manages two other such homes in the city – Chesapeake House and Atchison House in Chaddesden. |
