Church Celebrates 100 Years

Recently the Hackney Methodist Church has been the centre of celebrations as the building reached the ripe age of 100 years. A day of entertainment, live music and an enjoyable look at the memorabilia and displays surrounding the church were enjoyed by all. The refreshments were also enjoyed by many!

Built in 1908 by the skilled memebrs of the Hacknet Primitive Methodist Church, it has been the home of worship for many generations. Due to it's age the church is now in need of some repair, and members are looking for help in raising funds to cover the cost of the necessary repairs. Any donations would be gratefully received; please contact the church more more information.
